My Personal Love for Indian Cuisine Turned Global

Currysutra (meaning the art + love of spices) is a holistic accumulation of my teaching experiences of plant-based foods and the medicinal and aphrodisiac benefits of Indian spices. My journey in learning Indian cooking permeated in a subsequent focus in other cuisines such as Asian, Mediterranean, Italian, and South American foods. Along the way, I have had the pleasure of meeting celebrity chefs, writing recipes for local various publications in my hometowns (Minneapolis, MN and San Carlos, CA), and competing in national culinary competitions. One day, I will complete my desire to author a cookbook encapsulating my experiences with Currysutra. Currently, I am a contributor on NBC’s Live Cooking segments and operating my cooking school for corporate teams in Silicon Valley’s Bay Area!
